PRELIMINARY DATASHEET

AXIS M70 Series comprises two models, ranging with

four or 16 channels, providing dual streaming H.264 and

Motion JPG. The support for H.264 oers a video

compression format that drastically reduces bandwidth

and storage requirements without compromising image

quality.

AXIS M7010 and AXIS M7014 oers dual individually

congurable video streams at 15 fps in all resolutions

up to D1 (720x480 NTSC or 720x576 PAL).

AXIS M70 Video Encoder Series oer high performance, ecient and cost-eective integration of

analog cameras into a powerful IP-based video surveillance system and are ideal for locations such

as gas stations, convenience stores and small oces.

Cost-eective video encoders with H.264.

AXIS M70 Series oers intelligent video capabilities

such as video motion detection and active tampering

alarm. These video encoders also include microSDHC

memory card slot for local storage.

AXIS M70 Series includes support for Power over

Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af), which enables the encoders to

receive power through the network cable. All Axis video

encoder products provide pan, tilt and zoom support,

which enables control of analog PTZ cameras.
