TheReportspageallowsyoutoview,print,andexportreportsthatcontaindifferenttypesofinformationaboutthesystem.For

View,Print,andExportReports

ToopentheReportspage,clickReports.

Toviewareport,clickViewandprint.

Toprintareport:

1.ClickViewandprint.

2.Selectthecolumnsthatshallbeincludedinthereport.Allcolumnsareselectedbydefault.

3.Ifyouwanttonarrowthescopeofthereport,enteralterintherelevantltereld.Forexample,youcanlterusersby

whichgrouptheybelongto,doorsbytheirschedules,orgroupsbythedoorstheyhaveaccessto.

Toforceexactmatches,surroundtheltertextwithdoublequotationmarks,forexample“John”.

4.Ifyouwanttosortthereportitemsinadifferentorder,click

intherelevantcolumn.Tochangebetweenstandard

andreverseorder,togglethesortingbuttons.

Showstheitemsinstandardorder(ascending).

Showstheitemsinreverseorder(descending).

5.ClickPrintselectedcolumns.

Toexportareport,clickExportCSVle.

Thereportwillbeexportedasaacomma-separatedvalue(CSV)leandwillincludeallpossiblecolumnsanditemsforthereport

type.Unlessotherwisespecied,theexportedle(*.csv)issavedinthedefaultdownloadfolder.Youcanselectadownloadfolder

inthewebbrowser’susersettings.
