Setting Up Users in OneBox

You can use the Fax User tab in each OneBox subscriber’s mailbox to create and

manage fax user accounts on the RightFax server. The settings in the Default User in

RightFax automatically set the fields on this tab for new users, which you can then

individualize for the users.

Reached from the Fax User tab, the Subscriber Fax Receive Routing dialog box should

rarely need configuration. It is typically configured from the Default User in RightFax.

However, if routing information is not specified in the RightFax Default User account,

you will need to complete the Routing Info box. For information about how to set this

box, refer to the Routing Info information provided for the Inbound Routing Tab,

provided on the previous page.

The Delete after routing check box can be individualized for subscribers depending on

their messaging needs.
